If this feature is not working - add/modify the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\Explorer
"NoDriveTypeAutoRun"=dword:00000095 (change/set data to 91, 95 is XP
default)
